It is general practice in the market while writing the manual books or using another software that ledger is not shown under the “Particulars” in ledger report – only the details of entry is shown under “Particulars”. But in Tally, if we want to see the details of specific entry – we have to configure it through F12 –Configuration especially through “Narration” Field. It also covers more pages if we print the ledger with narrations

          Now it is not also difficult in Tally. This module will provide an option to switch between views of ledger name or voucher’s narration in particular column only by pressing a single button on ledger report. It minimize the page costs too as it shows narration in the same line instead of a new line for narration. You have not to print narration separately.
